As Country Manager of The York Group, Mathias has a strong focus on delivering results for his clients. Prior to joining The York Group, Mathias served in various executive positions at HP (Hewlett-Packard Company), and SGI (Silicon Graphics, Inc). Achievements include overseeing the development and implementation of a new indirect enterprise sales strategy at HP, in partnership with companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens, Alcatel, Cisco, Lucent and Nortel. During his tenure, HP revenues in this market nearly doubled. Mathias served as a member of the Council of the Senate at the University of Oslo and on numerous other boards and committees. He received his economics and political science degree from the University of Oslo, and holds a certificate from Tuck Business School at Dartmouth College.

Quynh's in-depth understanding of Vietnamese Markets allows her to immediately add value to any operation in Vietnam. She started her career as a Sales Associate in Australia, and has since held various positions within sales and marketing in Vietnam, selling both services and products directly and through channels. Her experience covers various vertical industry segments, e-commerce as well as licensing and intellectual property issues. Quynh holds a BBA degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Melbourne, Australia.
