Mr. Konsmo's background includes fifteen years of international management
and entrepreneurial experience with US and European software and hi-tech
companies. He has practical experience in strategic and financial
planning, implementation of enterprise applications, marketing research,
channel partner development and venture funding. Specific technology
experience include telemetry, wireless data communication, smart cards,
intelligent transportation, enterprise applications and video/data
switching. Mr. Konsmo holds an MBA in Business Administration from
Arizona State University and an undergraduate engineering degree from
Oslo College of Engineering.

Mary Beth has over 25 years of experience in marketing and channel development in the technology and internet industries. Mary Beth spent 15 years at Lotus/IBM where she was involved in Lotus’ start up and the launch of 13 products in various geographies including US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. As Director of Strategic Alliance Marketing at Lotus/IBM she worked together with global technology companies to drive revenue through new and existing partner channels around the world.
As an independent channel and marketing consultant Mary Beth has helped both B2B and B2C companies develop their partner channels. Her expertise ranges from the development of high level channel strategy through to the launch of channel programs designed to recruit, enable and sell through partners of all types – strategic alliances, OEMs, ISVs, VARs, system integrators, technology partners and internet affiliates. In her various channel roles she has worked with early stage companies and as well as global technology companies such as Microsoft, IBM, HP/Compaq, SUN, and Kodak Digital.

Mr. Dahlgren has a long history of helping technology companies maximize value from their partner channel initiatives by leveraging high value Partners to create new demand, expand their sales reach, drive incremental revenue, and extend their capacity to successfully deliver services and solutions to customers.
Mr. Dahlgren has spent more than 20 years developing and leading numerous partner programs for a wide range of software, hardware, system integrator, and distribution companies where his primary focus was accelerating the development of high value partners that create demand and delivery capacity for technology companies. At Silicon Graphics, he implemented the first Global Partner Program targeting their top 12 ISV partners and at Borland Software, Mr. Dahlgren was the Director of Solution Partners in North America where he successfully increased partner revenue contribution and implemented an initiative that substantially grew incremental revenue from partners. He also lead partner program initiatives at iMediation, Intraspect Software, Ness Technologies, Segue Software, and Zend Technology.

Ms. Jensen has 15 years of international experience in the software
and hi-tech industries, managing channel sales and marketing organizations
in Europe, Japan and Asia, Australia and Latin America. Since 1997,
she has consulted with numerous software companies in the U.S. and
internationally, helping to develop and implement cost-effective
sales, marketing and distribution strategies, set up international
offices and maximize international revenues. Previously, Ms. Jensen
managed international sales and marketing at connectivity software
company WRQ, growing international sales of its flagship Reflection
product line from $3M to $50+M, and from 15% of corporate revenues
to 40+%. Prior to this, she managed international distribution and
global product introductions for an internationally known electronic
test equipment company. Ms. Jensen holds an M.B.A. from the University
of Washington, a B.A. in International Studies from the University
of Oregon, and has lived in Europe, Japan and Latin America.

Mark Cole has over 25 years of business experience including sales and marketing, operations, and business development positions with John Deere & Co., Cray Research Inc., and Entegris Inc. where he was Vice President of Marketing for the Bio-Pharmaceutical Division. He has been involved in business development activities that included diversification into new markets and initiation, management and integration of acquisitions. He has developed markets in Europe, Asia and the U.S. and as European Regional Director spent six years managing European sales channels and business development from an office in Paris, France. He was responsible for assessing new markets, establishing and implementing market strategies and selecting and managing channel partners throughout Europe. Mr. Cole has experience with various scientific and commercial software applications on many different platforms.
He has an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis MN, and a B.S. in the Physical Sciences from the University of Iowa.
