Mr. Horgen is an experienced international professional with 20 years
of experience in establishing multinational agreements in a wide range

Mr. Konsmo's background includes fifteen years of international management
and entrepreneurial experience with US and European software and hi-tech
companies. He has practical experience in strategic and financial
planning, implementation of enterprise applications, marketing research,
channel partner development and venture funding. Specific technology
experience include telemetry, wireless data communication, smart cards,
intelligent transportation, enterprise applications and video/data
switching. Mr. Konsmo holds an MBA in Business Administration from
Arizona State University and an undergraduate engineering degree from
Oslo College of Engineering.

Kevin Rhone is a veteran in technology, software and application
delivery with global experience in both Enterprise and SaaS business
and distribution models.
Most recently Kevin was SVP/GM of a $20M business unit that delivered hosted HRIT software to global clients. As CEO and President of SmartTime Software from 1999-2005, he ensured the attainment of sales and profit goals, raised private equity funding, completed M&A transactions, as well as establishing development and distribution partnerships.
Prior to joining SmartTime, Kevin spent more than 10 years growing International businesses. As Director of European Business Development for Wildfire Communications, and as Director of International Operations at Kronos Incorporated, where he created a global sales, operations and distribution network, including subs in Europe and Latin America and partnerships throughout the world. Based in the UK, as Managing Director-Europe for Clearpoint Research Corporation he built a European distribution network, and earlier in his career also founded a successful company in fiber optic technology which was subsequently acquired by a Dutch firm.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell
University and an MBA from Northeastern University.

David Schropfer has over 15 years of business development experience across multiple
businesses in the technology sector, including telecommunications, software, Internet,
healthcare and finance. Prior to joining the York Group, he helped a $2 Billion US
company expand to over 35 countries around the world, beating projections for profit
and implementations. During his career, Mr. Schropfer has helped companies develop
business plans, strategic plans, structured partnerships, M&A transactions, and other
critical business components to obtain maximum profit. Mr. Schropfer earned a BA
from Boston College and a MBA from the University of Miami, and joined The York Group in 2006.

Ms. Jensen has 15 years of international experience in the software
and hi-tech industries, managing channel sales and marketing organizations
in Europe, Japan and Asia, Australia and Latin America. Since 1997,
she has consulted with numerous software companies in the U.S. and
internationally, helping to develop and implement cost-effective
sales, marketing and distribution strategies, set up international
offices and maximize international revenues. Previously, Ms. Jensen
managed international sales and marketing at connectivity software
company WRQ, growing international sales of its flagship Reflection
product line from $3M to $50+M, and from 15% of corporate revenues
to 40+%. Prior to this, she managed international distribution and
global product introductions for an internationally known electronic
test equipment company. Ms. Jensen holds an M.B.A. from the University
of Washington, a B.A. in International Studies from the University
of Oregon, and has lived in Europe, Japan and Latin America.

Mark Cole has over 25 years of business experience including sales and marketing, operations, and business development positions with John Deere & Co., Cray Research Inc., and Entegris Inc. where he was Vice President of Marketing for the Bio-Pharmaceutical Division. He has been involved in business development activities that included diversification into new markets and initiation, management and integration of acquisitions. He has developed markets in Europe, Asia and the U.S. and as European Regional Director spent six years managing European sales channels and business development from an office in Paris, France. He was responsible for assessing new markets, establishing and implementing market strategies and selecting and managing channel partners throughout Europe. Mr. Cole has experience with various scientific and commercial software applications on many different platforms.
He has an MBA from the University of Saint Thomas in Minneapolis MN, and a B.S. in the Physical Sciences from the University of Iowa.
