Mr. Horgen is an experienced international professional with 20 years

Mr. Konsmo's background includes fifteen years of international management
and entrepreneurial experience with US and European software and hi-tech
companies. He has practical experience in strategic and financial
planning, implementation of enterprise applications, marketing research,
channel partner development and venture funding. Specific technology
experience include telemetry, wireless data communication, smart cards,
intelligent transportation, enterprise applications and video/data
switching. Mr. Konsmo holds an MBA in Business Administration from
Arizona State University and an undergraduate engineering degree from
Oslo College of Engineering.

Mr. Harkonen is an expert on business processes and re-enginerring for operational excellence. He has lived most of his life in different regions of the globe and has a heightened appreciation and ability for building cultural bridges in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
A frequent speaker on the topic of social networking, he has advised a number of Fortune 100 companies on their social engagement strategies. Before joining The York Group, he was Chief Executive Officer of Stonesoft Inc., the American subsidiary of Stonecroft Corp., a global business continuit solutions vendor. He has extensive experience in selling to the US federal government and collaborating with Microsoft and IBM in the Americas region.
Mr. Harkonen received his Masters in Science - Industrial Engineering Management from the University of Lappeentranta and a second Masters in Science - Quality Management from Cranfield University in the UK.

Dr. Salonen has a broad range of academic and pratical experience in both technical and business management of software companies. He earned a doctorate in Information Systems Science from the Alto University School of Economics, with a focus on using a product platform strategy as a development approach for software companies. As the past Global President of the International Association of Microsoft Cerfified Partners (www.iamcp.org), Dr. Salonen has a unique perspective and understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
He is also the founder of Chief Executive Officer of TELLUS International, Inc, a Dallas-based company that provides strategy consulting, research and internationalization services for companies that want to grow their business internationally or to change current business model to reflect new requirements. Before founding TELLUS, Dr. Salonen served as a corporate CEO InfoManager Corporation, a leading global business intelligence, and analytics software vendor. A large public US company acquired InfoManager in the fall of 2004. In December 2004, DM Review recognized InfoManager as one of the top 100 global software companies.

Ms. Jensen has 15 years of international experience in the software
and hi-tech industries, managing channel sales and marketing organizations
in Europe, Japan and Asia, Australia and Latin America. Since 1997,
she has consulted with numerous software companies in the U.S. and
internationally, helping to develop and implement cost-effective
sales, marketing and distribution strategies, set up international
offices and maximize international revenues. Previously, Ms. Jensen
managed international sales and marketing at connectivity software
company WRQ, growing international sales of its flagship Reflection
product line from $3M to $50+M, and from 15% of corporate revenues
to 40+%. Prior to this, she managed international distribution and
global product introductions for an internationally known electronic
test equipment company. Ms. Jensen holds an M.B.A. from the University
of Washington, a B.A. in International Studies from the University
of Oregon, and has lived in Europe, Japan and Latin America.

Norm Olsen's background includes more than 15 years experience in designing
and implementing successful indirect sales strategies. He is an expert in the areas of international business development, global channel strategies, partner program development, and multi-national contract negotiations.
Norm has opened new sales channels and generated incremental revenue for high tech companies in Europe, Asia, The Middle East and Americas. He has substantial experience in integrating channel programs for companies with multiple acquisitions. Norm has also led SaaS transition teams to help traditional software companies move to a cloud business model. Prior to joining The York Group, Mr. Olsen led international channel development programs for high technology companies including Compaq Europe, Blackboard Inc and Aspect Software. Mr Olsen holds an MBA
from Northeastern University, a BA from Bates College and has spent over 10 years living and working in Europe.

Tom Kuder is an entrepreneurial technology executive and an accomplished business developer with significant achievements in software, document composition, digital printing and electronic payments. In over 25 years of experience, Tom has held senior positions in marketing, sales, software development, and alliance management for a variety of software vendors and technology firms including Pitney Bowes, Group 1, Deluxe, Open Systems and Medtronic. Before entering the consulting field, he was Vice President of Alliance Marketing for Pitney Bowes Software, responsible for marketing to, through and with a global network of VARs, OEMs and strategic partners. Tom created the first formal partner program for Group 1 Software, and defined and built its first Alliance Marketing function. Earlier experience with software start-ups in electronic payments and digital printing displayed his talent for formative business development in early-stage market settings. From dealer and distributor networks, to vertical market resellers, to alliances with giants such as Microsoft and Accenture, Tom has made partnerships a central focus of his business approach.
Tom has a BS in the Life Sciences and a Certificate in Systems Analysis and Design from the University of Minnesota.
